Have no problems here running sh4 on vista ultimate x64, silky smooth frame rates on my 8800gtx. I can safely say the game plays better for me now than it ever did on xp32
Btw I'm using the latest nvidia beta drivers, 163.11, although I believe you would need a modified inf to get them installed on gf7 or lower vid cards, if you wanted to give them a try
