That is really funny, I lived with some French students in College, and one of them told me this joke, it's always stuck out in my mind. They also would tell "Jew" jokes like we used to tell "Polock" jokes in the states when I was a child.
Kinda freaked me out, esp. after reading about how France dealt with their "Jewish" problems in WW2. Troubles me to this day.
