Yes...put the JSGME program into the Ubisoft/Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific folder.
Start the JSGME program and run the "task". That creates the MODS folder and creates a Backup flie as well.
Simply download the mods you wish to use into the MODS folder and run the JSGME program and that will install them for you.
