No way Brag....you are the one that is a year off:
Germany declared war on the US on december 11 1941, 4 days after Pearl Harbour, this is also correctly mentioned in SHIII: if you look under <F1> you can see that afer this date the US is an enemy of Germany..
The US should become enemies (and valid tonnage) instantly after this date, just like what happens to the UK and France after September 3 1939.....
