You already have Das Boot on your list. If you have not seen the 5 hour Uncut version I would highley recomend that. It is a much different experience between that and the other verions. The characters are much more developed and there is much more nuance. It is unrivaled. Of course get the German version with subtitles. If you have seen it forget my post.
