I'm sorry; I'm trying to ignore grammatical errors, but two in one heading is too much for me to stay quiet.

If it refers to the ploy of one group, it should be group's ploys, and if there are multiple groups it should be groups' ploys. In either case, there is never an apostrophe in the plural ploys.
