Yes, I have experienced the same thing with my Gato. I had it from the start of the war till around mid 1942 and the conning tower never got upgraded. The data in the files show the dates that they should be getting upgraded, automatically at that but something must be bugged somewhere. I'm not a programmer, so I can't even guess what it could be. A trigger somewhere perhaps that's not working right? I'll dig around in the files some more and see if I can't figure out the problem but I'm not hopeful. Is this in the bug thread already?
