I added the various Gato conning towers. I will add the rest later. There was text in the file to accompany the upgrades, I added a bit on to it. Not sure if it's accurate.

Some inconsistancies in the data. The Late War and the Elite are both available on December 1st, 1942. Error or intentional? Maybe the Elite one is something you get if you sink a certain amount of tonnage? I dunno, just guessing.

Anyone who has the Elite conning that can confirm when it was upgraded?

EDIT: I love some of the stuff they left in here.
