worried about their own safety they waited 30 minutes for assistance..and they could endure a 30 minutes of the victim SCREAMING for help.
sorry...you joined the police for remain order and to safe lives.
but its holland...everything has to be done as it sais in the book.....
it just sicks me...
I couldnt imagine the horror what the victim had to go throught.....
