Same is true for torpedo tracking. Sometimes the torpedo track is shown on the attack map, sometimes not. I am completely confused...

Event camera is in the options menu, you can disable it.
The torps in the attack map not showing is a known bug, the Trigger Maru Mod ( in the SH4 Mods Section )addresses this somewhat. I think there is a standalone as well, Patrol Mod I think:hmm: I use Trigger so I am not entirely sure.
