what is the mini tweaker tool called?
in your best computer geek talk please tell me exactly (be specific so i know what to ask for) what the mini tweaker program is.

ok i read that, but you google that and it only tells you to go read about it on subsim lol.
say i want to buy the program that does what it does, now what?
i don't believe its sold under the mini tweaker trademark so what program do i need to be able to make something like this? does it even exist out there or is it built from scratch specifically for sh3?
