:hmm: That's comparing apples and oranges. 1.03 was primarily a "fix" patch - focussed on corrections to existing issues identified by players with little attention given to "new" features. Indeed, 1.03 should be considered a "stepping stone" part of a much broader plan.
1.04 will extend upon the stable base that 1.03 provided by providing primarily "new" content.
So I'd be concerned if 1.04's impact *isn't* much greater than 1.03 as it's providing much more new stuff than any patch before it ever did.
