Unfortunately the answer is "no." I've been watching for it myself over the last couple of years.
As I recall, the last person to take a hard look at it was Captain America. (The guy who fixed all the internal gauges and was kind enough to allow it's use in The Grey Wolves from the beginning.)
I'm guessing that he wore out his code-hammer.
