Since shelving SHIV over a month ago while awaiting 1.3, I've checked back here & @ ubi's site numerous times ... it would seem as though 'All's quite on the western front.' Given ubi's history of late, I shouldn't be surprised ... is there any scuttlebutt as to when we can expect 1.3 ?
