The problem with the German help screen
was fixed in GWX 1.03. I know for a fact because I tested it extensively after believing it was fixed in 1.02 (it wasn't). In fact Henri II (from this community) fixed it and provided me the necessary files.
Proof...
However, three things may interfere with the correct workings of the Help screen:
1. Running Vista. If so, look at Javigato's thread.
2. Running the 3 Flotilla optional mod. It was not corrected when 1.03 was released (it is still based on 1.02). I believe it will be corrected for 1.04.
3. Running any other mod. Any mod that touches de_menu.txt or de_help.txt may break the Help screen.
