Just to be 100% clear, as you are running GWX 1.03, the Cfg file you need to d/l is
GWX102+Cfg4SH3Cmdr.zip (note the different filename)
GWXCfg4SH3Cmdr works only with GWX 1.0 and 1.01 - the files will crash GWX 1.02 and 1.03.
