In NYGM standard setting is max TC 256 and 3DRender also 256 - although I rarely play above 128. ( I don't figure out why crew would stop getting tired because of TC ?) I found the best timing is to make a crew change every 6 hours, except for watch crew in heavy weather which needs to be changed every 3 to 4 hours. I have been now used to a routine of crew change at 6h00, 12h00, 18h00 and midnight. 6h00 is radio report time, 12h00 is positioning on the map (weather permitting) midnight is positioning if stars available as well as dive for hydrophone check...
