Not good as SH3. Believe me,

you need a monster Pc to be able to play fluenty,
interface has changed (Better? No.) ,
Weird camera splash effect ruins your nerves during free view,
and MOST importantly; Tons of TONS of bugs still not solved,

I do have a copy of SH4 (50$ for collectors edition) contents are nice but the game is unplayable. So i am still stickig with SH3.
