Open up your Commands.cfg file and look for this line:

[Cmd195]
Name=Snorkel_depth
Ctxt=1
Str=1033
;Key0=0xBA,C,"Comma"

Remove the semicolon, and you're good to go. Note that the "comma" here refers to your semicolon key, and not your comma key.
