IIRC there are at least 6 out there

There is the American disc and the online d/l version and likewise European versions...the patch for each can be found here:http://www.silent-hunteriii.com/uk/updates.php

You need to find out which version you have first.

There are also bargain bin discs in some shops, some already incorporating the patch and others without.
