Well, you get a nice view of it on google maps.
Trying to find anything out about the place is almost totally fruitless.
Too many people have forged to many theories about the place and this makes it impossible to be unbiased when considering what the installation might do.
Its not a good thing to look into if your looking for knowledge or wisdom about anything.
