This is in fact a great resource to simulate what the tracking party did, so you can really play Captain and yet use manual targeting doing what you are suppose to do, get ranges and bearings and make decissions, letting the fire control party with some guidance from you plot and plot until you have what you need.
SH4 drawing tools are good, but this MOBO represents IMO much better the real tracking party work in a WW2 US sub
