Ship Vulnerability Information
I'd like to put together something like the ship vulnerability mods developed for SH3. These mods graphically displayed additional ship information (storage locations of fuel oil, munitions, etc.) within the recognition manual. Could someone take the time to let me know where I would find this information, and which mod tools I will need to read/extract it?
