I was just in playing a bit and i found ONE officer shirt with an anomaly. I would suggest to delete the COMPLETE UPCD FOLDER! from the mod. It will still work with the rank insignia but it will be more random, some have some does not.
I will check up on this later, but now its a bit late here and I am truly nackerd
