Do you mean yourself haven't been awarded anything, or your crew? I think for the crew members an IC 1st class is as high as it gets. You need to command your own boat, or at least be an officer on a very successfull one, if you want the Knights Cross or the German Cross.

Medals of any designation can be awarded to any crew member provided the already have the medal below the one being awarded eg; anyone having the gold cross is eligible to be awarded the knights cross
