That's normal. Since the career data has been changed significantly by GWX, SH3 will most likely not be able to load your old career. Sorry mate. That's mentioned in the GWX manual, though.
BTW:
Just being curious. How do you come by that nickname? One male and one female name together? The only version I know of a male and female name being used is with "Maria", like in writer "Rainer-Maria Rilke" |

That Nickname is from my first Motorbike. I found that sound funny for a Bike. After i sold it i kept that Name for myself.
