Rename your existing SilentHunterIII folder ie
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII ---->C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SH3WAC
Whack the DVD in the drive
Hit install
Hit repair
Now you will have a new SilentHunterIII folder
