I always wondered why modelling torpedo rooms as a high stress area, even when no torps are loaded. Historically, torp rooms also held bunks for crewmen, right atop the torpedoes, IIRC. So I think they should be modelled as rather mild stress areas unless reloading takes place. Just my 2 cents.
