Use tune up utilities....
DO NOT MESS WITH THE REGISTRY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
As for invalid drive, first run chkdsk, repair all and then try uninstall:
Control planes>Add/remove programs...
Do not discard any error messages for any drive....
