Has been mentioned many times in the past. Any new nation would require all new exteriors and interiors as well as voices. Very expensive for a relatively minor (no offense meant) combatant. That said, I think the British subs in the Med did a great job. |
74 boats lost out of 206 in service, 3,142 men killed (one in three of all who served) plus 359 captured. 2 million tons sunk, 38 enemy subs and 40 major surface warships sunk. More hits per torpedo fired than any other navy. Hardly a minor combatant Steve. No offence taken, just setting the record straight.
