I'm hoping it will be ready when it's ready, and not
one second sooner! Better to have a patch 6 months from now that fixes all the major probs without making new ones, than to have one in a month that breaks more than it fixes.
I doubt we'll see 1.4 so I hope they'll take all the time they need to get 1.3 right. If they take the time to fix all the hard-coded bugs without making new ones, then the modders can go from there and build us a sub sim like the world's never seen
