LukeFF, remember the problem with IL2 and the trouble Oleg had over a/c and not getting permission? Same applies with an expansion for SH4. More than likely they'd have to pay to use a/c from those mfgs. |
This is also why we don't have Yorktown class carriers in the game...from what I've read, Grumman laid a legal smackdown on Ubisoft over IL2 and won. Now anything Grumman is off limits, and the Yorktown was built at Newport News Shipbuilding & Drydock Co, which is *SURPRISE!* owned by Grumman.
