Our research indicated U-boat crews listened to all sorts of music - American jazz was reportedly popular although that music was officially banned in Germany at the time. Let's just say the team was inspired by the score of
Das Boot and put in an eclectic set of music to reflect the movie. You are of course free (and encouraged) to season the gramophone selection to your own taste.
