Just another texture mod to compliment my new concrete walls for the uboat pens.

This replaces the concrete ground texture (pavaj.tga) used in harbours and the interior floors of uboat pens, with a higher res and more interesting one - not that there was anything really wrong with the original, but what the heck ive modded it anyway.

I have to admit, it doesn`t look so great on massive open areas, as its tiled accross the surface like a million times and there is some noticable repetition.
Alas theres nowt much i can do about this without removing all the interesting details, which would leave me with something looking exactly like the stock sh3 texture

Im still just teasing you with these textures so far, as until ive done enough to constitute a decent size texture pack theyre not available for download- after all theres little point in downloading a single texture.

-Give me a week or so, when ive got a minimum of 8 textures im happy with, i`ll call it a mod and get it onto filefront.
