Promotion Question
Hello again mates. I have a question on promotions. How do we (the skippers) get promoted? Is it based on patrol records? Im almost at 100,000 tonage with Iron Cross 2nd, 1st, and a Knight's Cross. My rank is Oberleutnant z. S. Much thanks. Erich von Ritter
