Ubisoft have made horrible jobs on PC games lately, GRAW terrible on PC, great on console, RBV same, SC
A same, if it was possible to do SHIV on console it would be the same. Basically they know they can release something unfinished on PC and leave it, saying they'll patch it later. That said we still need to be constructive in the way we ask for patches, or they'll just say sod you then and we'll have nothing and they'll just do console games from now on.
