That "disclaimer" holds a precise definition of what they meant by the use of the term "lobby" in the context of that text. Not more, not less. And by coincidence, that defintion to the better part is the same thing what I mean when I spoke of the "Israel lobby in the US" myself. for my own part, there is no anti-judaic sentiment included beyond that, and if I would have had a bad day I would have taken your little picture as a personal insult.
What is excluded from it and what I spare myself to start a debate about is the special political relations between the US and Israel.
