90 meters? Of course! Here's an explanation for you. All submarines, except for Gato and Balao class subs have a maximum depth of 80 meters or less. You took yours to 90 meters, so your sub was below test depth. You cannot stay below test depth for too long (assuming you are not using a Gato or Balao class).
