2. Once you have installed this neat little program, Then download NVDrifters very handy MODS from here:

I believe the file to MOD speed is in:

SH4_Modding_Tools_Package.zip

3. Once you have opened this zip file you need to extract “Sub .sim and .zon Tweak files” zip file into the SH3 mini tweaker folder which should be under:
