I get what your saying here but I want to change the value where the radar turns off so you can run with just the radar mast above the water line. It seems to be set too high so about a foot of the con tower plus the radar mast have to be above the waterline for the radar to operate. you should only need a few feet of mast. otherwise you are spoted imediatly.

Try setting the MinHeight and MinSensorHeight to a negative value for the radar you want to change. A good starting value is -15 ... figuring your periscope depth is 15 meters below sea level. I know you're working in feet but the program reads meters. Then change the value slowly in the positive direction. I'll bet -10 works fine, but may get intermitent contacts in high seas.
