I get what your saying here but I want to change the value where the radar turns off so you can run with just the radar mast above the water line. It seems to be set too high so about a foot of the con tower plus the radar mast have to be above the waterline for the radar to operate. you should only need a few feet of mast. otherwise you are spoted imediatly. |
Say me wich sub you have trouble and i will take a look to my settings.
Take in account, rough seas cause radar to stops frecuently.
To solve it you must to rise the sub snorkel/radar depth, but this cause you discover your conning tower at calm seas...
Just adjust it on calm seas, and in heavy waves seas, let the radar to be stoped by waves, you only need a one cicle/turn to know if there are a ship there around.
I followed this way...
