I think so your problem is caused by the "International Date Line Bug", Ducimus solved it moving your patrol start up point to the other side of the line, you will still having the probelm, but only when you back home to bases at east of the line, at end of the mission when you cross the International Date Line but as mentioned, when you arriving to home to finish the mission instead to have this problem when start up the mission.
