I'd like to add the wooden ships, tugs, fishing vessels etc.
On 100% realism it's frustrating to see a promising radar echo to find out it's a small tug, junk or whatever. To be able to differentiate between echo's would be fantastic and much more like the real thing. I seriously doubt whether the early radars were able to pick up wooden ships at all.
