I worry about the adults who don't have any kind of basic weapons-safety habits, permit or not. Responsible parents are capable of teaching responsibility to their children -- irresponsibility generally goes the same way in my experience. I also worry about the ones that fire their AK-74's and AK-M's at weddings rather than buying a string of
blackcats or sparklers. In the evil land of America, blackcats are still easier to get ahold of than 7.62x54mm rounds.
Her Majesty still better think twice about that Quartering Act of hers.
