what's up with that?

there's not even space for those i should have and there's nothing in the stern tubes

. they're all forward. doesn't matter how manty times i click the refit icon

. gonna see what happens when i leave then reenter manila bay

edit: the boat is a Porpoise, USS Perch

edit 2: manila fell so now i'm at surabaya and clicking the refit icon yields nothing. i have absolutely no torpedoes on board upnon starting another patrol after sinking 8 transports
