Program Files/Ubisoft/SH4/Data/Cfg
Look for main.cfg and open with Notepad. Find
[DEVELOPING]
DevDebugEnable=Yes
DevEditEnable=Yes
MiniDump=yes
Change to
[DEVELOPING]
DevDebugEnable=No
DevEditEnable=No
MiniDump=No
and save your changes.
