Btw, if you go to Downloads -> Core Files -> " - as a single exe file installer at GameShadow" link you just get to a commercial page on their site, it has nothing to do with sh3 or GWX, also the torrent is dead.

Ok, I think Gameshadow has renamed the orginal file that was GWX 1.0
You indeed have GWX 1.0 installed on your system, you now need to download & install 1.03, which is the newest patch available.
