Ah well
thats the thing,
with most supermods its advised to start 1st patrol without touching anything (upgrades)
just go with the sub you get and have a first patrol and after that you can go upgrade whatever you want BUT
when you finished the patrol, go back to the main menu (to ENSURE the save says In base BEFORE patrol) thats very important if you want to upgrade your sub
