I am in need of some help altering my renown. I want to start in September 1939 2nd flotilla, but with a Type IX, not a VII-B. How do I alter my starting renown from 500 to 9,000 so I can buy a IX-B? Please give detailed instructions, as I've never done this before. Thanks fellow Keleuns!!
