OFFICER RANKS INSIGNIA 1.1

CAPTAIN COX
Adds a rank insignia to the officers collar.
Now all ranks appear in game (I excluded Commander as YOU! are it)

Lieutenant (JG) -Ensign -Lieutenant -Lieutenant.Cmdr -Commander

Ranks are
-Ensign
-Lieutenant (JG)
-Lieutenant
-Lieutenant Commander

Also tweaked the Officers Hats

Notice the colored guys, just thought about the discussion a while back
on that topic.

Actually looking at those pictures, all the guys wear ties...I wonder if thats only for the photo session. Can't imagine you would wear a tie in the heat of the pacific all the time.

In all documentary films I have seen on fleet boats, most men are bear breasted or just wearing t-shirts, that's including the skippers (t-shirt, or buttoned up shirt), like in the game.
